Experienced Document Manager Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Document Controller to join our team at Omega 365 Consulting.
Omega 365 Consulting is a leading supplier of highly skilled project personnel in the oil and gas, renewable energy, and infrastructure sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Registering and following up engineering and supplier documents and technical information in internal and external systems;
- Maintaining and monitoring document deliverables from both engineering, project management, and suppliers/3rd party;
- Coordinating and monitoring technical information in close cooperation with the engineering team;
- Ensuring adherence to requirements for technical information and work processes in projects;
- Evaluating and maintaining the quality of documents regarding formatting, etc.;
- Ensuring timely and coordinated execution of identified deliverables;
- Participating in building up the system and process for engineering and project execution;
- Assisting the quality department in handling governing documents in systems.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience with Document Management and LCI;
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience;
- Fluent written and spoken Norwegian/English;
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- A proactive approach to improving ongoing systems and processes;
- Good technical knowledge and understanding of business processes;
- The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
- The capacity to learn and use new systems and tools;
- Previous experience using Proarc is preferred but not required;
- Knowledge of Office 365, particularly Excel, Sharepoint, and Teams, is beneficial;
- Familiarity with IFS;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- A solution-focused and goal-oriented attitude;
- A proactive approach;
- A structured and systematic work style;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Team player mentality.

We estimate the annual salary for this position to be between NOK 750,000 - NOK 950,000 depending on qualifications and experience, offering a competitive compensation package that reflects your skills and dedication.
