
South-West Europe Sales Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong Sales professional who can lead, develop and increase visibility for our industrial refrigeration sales in the region. As a trusted advisor, you will provide value to customers and influence the business by transforming the sales approach and driving revenue growth across all markets.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Create and roll out the right sales strategy for the Area, generating Industrial growth.
- Develop and maintain personal direct customer relationships across all countries in the Area.
- Organize field sales teams and sales back offices in the Area to deliver high-quality performance and raise customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have experience in sales management and leadership roles, with a strong background in sales, business or technical education. Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency with product and service offerings, as well as MS Office and Salesforce software, is required.
