Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Researcher to join our team in Computational Biology and Systems Medicine. As a Researcher, you will be responsible for developing computational tools for gene regulatory network modeling and analysis, with applications to study breast cancer metastasis.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • PhD degree in computational biology, bioinformatics, biostatistics, or a related field
  • Minimum of two years of completed postdoctoral training
  • Strong publication record with evidence of writing scientific manuscripts independently
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, MATLAB, or Bash
  • Documented experience with computational tool development for genome-wide gene regulatory networks
  • Knowledge in gene regulation, cancer, and/or data integration is considered an advantage
  • Experience with high-performance computing is desirable
  • Professional proficiency in English
