Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading our door-to-door fundraising activities in Bergen and the surrounding areas. This is a challenging and educational job that requires a structured, quality-focused, and results-oriented approach.

Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Planning, executing, and leading fundraising activities in Bergen and the surrounding areas.
  • Having personnel responsibility for a team of fundraisers, including recruitment, training, follow-up, and evaluation.
  • Reporting, budget monitoring, and result responsibility for the project.
  • Geographical responsibility for activities, logistics, and transport.


The ideal candidate will have some experience in fundraising/sales, personnel and project management, including administration and reporting. A higher relevant education, preferably in sales/business administration, management and/or HR, is also required. Experience in fundraising with Doctors Without Borders, or similar organizations, is an advantage.
