Key Responsibilities:

As an Operations Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed schedules for various teams, including installation, commissioning, and department operations.

You will need to monitor resource allocation, track progress against project timelines, and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with external customers and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.

Some key tasks will include:

  • Creating and updating project schedules using MS Project or similar tools
  • Maintaining accurate records of resource allocation and tracking progress against project deadlines
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address challenges and optimize project outcomes
  • Evaluating project performance against established metrics and suggesting improvements

Essential Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, logistics)
  • Experience with MS Project or similar scheduling software
  • Excellent English language skills; Norwegian language skills a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
