Key Responsibilities

  • Install, commission, and maintain Tampnet's infrastructure at on and offshore locations, including microwave radio links, LTE/4G, VSAT, and network equipment.
  • Conduct site surveys and inspections, and prepare detailed survey/inspection reports.
  • Investigate and handle incidents at on and offshore locations.
  • Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain Tampnet Site Documentation.
  • Contribute to a positive working environment within the team and department.

Security Requirements

  • Must be Security Cleared (or eligible for Security clearance in Norway) and authorized according to Norwegian Security Act.

Required Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in Offshore Telecommunications, including VSAT.
  • Flexible, inquisitive, and relevant education.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Practical insight and resolution.
  • Good knowledge of the English language.
  • Relevant and valid offshore certifications preferred.
  • Health declaration is part of the application procedure.
