About the Front Office Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our dynamic team at Radisson Blu Hotel & Conference Center, Oslo Alna. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead our front office team, fostering a culture of growth, development, and performance.
  • Work proactively to improve guest satisfaction and comfort, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Exhibit patience, empathy, and a positive attitude, while managing budgets and inventory.
  • Occasionally, in low season, step in to operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • As an integral part of the management team, contribute to ensuring guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the front office department.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in front office with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Flexibility and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Natural leadership skills and a passion for developing your team.
  • Passion for creating extraordinary service experiences.
  • Ability to find creative solutions and think outside the box.
  • Experience with IT systems and various tools.
  • Strong communication skills and knowledge of EMMA.
