Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Consultant to join our global technology powerhouse, specialized in energy and dedicated to enabling a more sustainable future. As a Senior Business Intelligence Consultant, you will contribute to BI strategy sessions, consult with client stakeholders, and design, develop, and implement comprehensive BI solutions that align with client goals and deliver real, measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct data analysis and visualization, creating compelling reports and dashboards that drive decision-making.
- Be part of a team and contribute to fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in BI technologies, applying best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality BI solutions that meet client needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
Requirements
- Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, OAC, OAS, OBIEE, Grafana) and data modeling techniques, ideally with relevant certifications.
- At least 3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field, ideally as a consultant.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and organization skills, with a proven track record of supporting successful deliveries.
- MSc in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or other related field.
- Fully fluent in Norwegian (minimum B2) and English.
