Position Summary
Wolt is a pioneering technology firm recognized for its innovative food delivery service. Since our inception, we have expanded significantly, now operating in numerous countries and cities, with a dedicated workforce of over 8000 individuals. Our mission is to redefine the grocery shopping experience through our Wolt Market stores, which prioritize customer satisfaction and rapid delivery.

We are currently seeking a full-time Store Manager to oversee our operations in Bergen. This position offers a unique chance to influence the operational strategies of our store while being part of a rapidly growing company in Europe.

As a Store Manager, you will collaborate closely with your team, which includes 2-4 Shift Leads. Your role will involve guiding, coaching, and developing your team in alignment with Wolt's leadership principles. You will ensure that your Shift Leads are equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to manage daily operations effectively, including inventory control and stock management. Additionally, you will be responsible for recruitment, training, providing regular feedback, and conducting performance reviews to foster individual growth and set new objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspire, develop, and motivate your team, fostering an environment where colleagues can excel and enjoy their work. You will have the opportunity to organize team-building events throughout the year.
  • Continuously enhance store operations in collaboration with the Operations Team, focusing on efficient delivery and smooth operational processes.
  • Engage in both internal and external meetings to align on operational goals.
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with other departments to ensure a diverse and appealing product selection.
  • Monitor inventory shrinkage and implement strategies to minimize waste.
  • Manage staff scheduling and oversee the ordering of store supplies.
  • Ensure that all necessary resources are available to support rapid growth, from office supplies to essential equipment.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Experience in grocery retail is advantageous.
  • A quick learner with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive and customer-oriented mindset.

  • Flexible availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
