Salary and Benefits
This postdoctoral position comes with a competitive salary in the range of NOK 595,000 - 658,000 per year, depending on competence and experience. Higher salary can be offered to particularly qualified candidates. From the salary, 2 percent is deducted in statutory contributions to the State Pension Fund. In addition to a generous salary package, we offer membership in the Statens Pensjonskasse, one of Norway's best pension schemes.
Job Requirements
To be eligible for this position, candidates must hold a degree equivalent to a Norwegian doctoral degree in molecular biology or immunology. The ability to design, plan, and interpret original experiments in an independent and innovative way is essential. Experience with sequencing-based methods for immunological characterization is also required. Fluent oral and written communication skills in English are necessary.
