Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Dispute Analyst to join our team in Riga. As a key member of our dispute department, you will be responsible for handling complaints from Nordic and international banks in accordance with current regulations.

Your primary focus will be on case management, customer dialogue, and follow-up of dispute cases. You will work closely with product managers and system managers to ensure a complete understanding and management of our customers' card services.

In this role, you will:

  1. Process complaints for Nordic and international banks
  2. Maintain close cooperation with our customers in connection with problems that arise regarding their disputes
  3. Participate in the work to further develop the dispute handling service

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Good communication skills, verbally and in writing
  • Fluent in English, Swedish, and Finnish and/or German
  • Experience in case management
  • Experience from the card industry and/or banking is an advantage
  • Experience in dispute handling is desirable
  • Knowledge of Visa and MasterCard products is an advantage
  • Service- and customer-oriented
  • Good listener
  • Structured way of working
