
Fundraising Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and result-driven Fundraising Specialist to join our team in Norway. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our unique travel team, interacting with people from diverse backgrounds while raising funds for medical aid.
Your primary responsibility will be to recruit regular donors through door-to-door fundraising and working on stands. This will involve traveling extensively throughout Norway, engaging with potential donors, and building relationships with existing supporters.
You will work closely with your leader, receiving thorough support through monthly team meetings, individual conversations, and check-ins before each shift. Travel time from agreed meeting points will be compensated, along with compensation for food on travel.
Benefits- A permanent contract of 40% with an hourly wage of 221 NOK

To succeed in this role, you must be:
- Engaged and motivated to save lives
- Possess good communication skills
- Result-oriented, solution-oriented, and willing to learn
- Able to collaborate and share experiences with others
- Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Fluent in English or Norwegian (level B2)
- Available to travel Monday to Friday at least every other week, preferably more if needed
- Over 18 years old
- Holder of a Class B driver's license
- Able to travel from Oslo and its surrounding areas
