Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Key Account Manager to join our Commercial team in Oslo. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving growth, and identifying opportunities to expand product usage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth within the existing customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor, driving customer success.
- Collaborate with product marketing managers, product specialists, and internal teams to deliver tailored advisory and creative solutions.
- Leverage your technical knowledge to understand client requirements, identify relevant use-cases and demonstrate Digital Asset Management solutions.
- Identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas, forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results).
Requirements
We are looking for someone with minimum 5 years experience in account management and technical sales or equivalent. You should have strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to work in global markets and industries.
Additionally, you should possess excellent collaboration skills, working closely with cross-functional teams such as product, marketing, and professional services.
