Job Overview

The Procurement Logistic Responsible role is responsible for overseeing the entire procurement logistics process, ensuring that materials are properly administered and managed from delivery to utilization. This involves developing strategies for identifying project logistics needs, ensuring controlled handling of materials, establishing responsibility matrices for material release, tracking material balances, conducting material reconciliation, and participating in project closure activities.

  • Main Tasks: Material administration, free issue materials coordination, transportation management, material availability monitoring, project closure, surplus management, and SAP closing.
  • Requirements: Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or related fields; relevant experience and commitment; strong commercial awareness, professionalism, and ability to work independently as a team player; excellent oral and written communication skills in English; flexible, positive, and collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
