
Procurement Logistic Responsible

Main Tasks:
- Material Administration & Start-up Activities: Identify project logistics needs and establish the necessary strategies, including SAP configuration, procurement templates, warehouse coordination, subcontractor management, reporting routines, freight forwarding needs, customs handling, and transportation costs.
- Free Issue Materials Coordination: Ensure controlled handling of materials from delivery to utilisation for their intended purpose.
- Transportation Management: Develop a responsibility matrix for material release and finalise agreements with freight forwarders.
- Material Availability Monitoring: Track material balances by type and task to maintain work-flow according to plan.
- Project Closure: Conduct material reconciliation at the procurement package and project levels.
- Surplus Management: Identify and recommend surplus handling strategies, ensuring approval by relevant material owners (typically Customers or Project Managers).
- SAP Closing: Participate in project closure activities, clearing out logistic purchase orders, stock transfer orders, requisitions, stock balances, and reservations.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or related fields.
- Relevant experience and commitment may compensate for formal education.
- Strong commercial awareness, professionalism, and ability to work independently as a team player.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Norwegian and English.
- A flexible, positive, and collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
