Payroll Director

Our client, a major sustainable Energy Provider, is looking for a dedicated Payroll Director to join their team in Oslo.

The job involves overseeing and directing payroll procedures, ensuring compliance with laws and tax obligations, supervising the payroll team, and maintaining accurate payroll records.

Broad knowledge of Norwegian payroll regulations and ability to research and interpret payroll laws are essential skills required for this role.

You will coordinate activities with other departments to ensure successful testing and implementation of tax updates and year-end testing on multiple or single payroll ERP for all regions.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Norwegian payroll processing.
• Experience working with international teams.
• Good experience in coordinating payroll inputs and validation.
• Experience in HRMS/ERP like SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, etc., and in MS Office.

The ideal candidate will have fluency in Norwegian and English.

We offer an annual base salary of NOK 960,000 plus a bonus of 15 percent. You will work in a hybrid model - 2-3 days from office in Oslo and 2-3 days working from home.
