As a key member of our procurement team at DeepOcean, you will play a vital role in shaping our supply chain strategy. Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with key suppliers, driving continuous improvements in processes and procedures.
  • Negotiate and maintain agreements with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and sustainable partnerships.
  • Source new suppliers to enhance competitiveness, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage the pre-qualification process of suppliers, conduct audits, and maintain an approved vendor list.
  • Collaborate with the sustainability team for supplier assessment, reporting, and initiatives.
  • Coordinate supplier performance assessments and address improvement opportunities.
  • Provide input to procurement strategy during tender and project phases.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement and sub-contracting in a multi-project, engineering environment, preferably in the Subsea industry.
  • Experience and knowledge in the Renewables and/or Oil & Gas industry.
  • Education in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Engineering.
  • Familiarity and experience with sustainable procurement and ESG principles.
  • Strong legal and contractual awareness with proven contract management and negotiation skills.
