Ansvarsområder
  • Strategisk Støtte: Støtte oppunder og bidra til etterlevelse av selskapets strategi, mål og verdier.

  • Tekniske Fagdisipliner: Bistå og støtte de tekniske fagdisiplinene i det daglige HR-arbeidet.
  • Operativ og Strategisk Lederstøtte: Bidra med operativ og strategisk lederstøtte innen HR-området.

Krav og Kompetanser
  • Relevant Erfaring: 3-5 års relevant erfaring fra HR-arbeid i en konsulentselskap eller lignende.
  • God Kommunikasjon: Gode kommunikasjonerferdigheter, både skriftlige og muntlige, på norsk og engelsk.
  • IT-Kunnskaper: Gode IT-kunnskaper og erfaring med organisasjonsutvikling og organisasjonskultur.
  • Konsulentbransjen: Erfaring fra konsulentbransjen vil være en fordel.
  • Olje- og Gassnæringen: Erfaring fra olje- og gassnæringen vil være en fordel.
