Your Role in the Nordic Planning Team

You will be responsible for demand forecasts based on historical sales data and business input for the Retail channel in Norway. Stakeholder management, both internal and external, is also crucial for your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demand forecasting based on historical sales data and business input for the Retail channel in Norway
  • Gathering relevant input from Finance, Sales, and Marketing
  • Stakeholder management, both internal and external
  • Proposing and implementing solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy/bias
  • Strong cooperation and alignment with all departments to improve and drive the S&OP agenda
  • Becoming a strong and inspiring leader with one direct report (Demand Planner)
  • Performance management and KPI tracking in close collaboration with the Central Supply Chain Team in the UK
