Oslo Clinical Trials Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Oslo Clinical Trials Manager to join our team at TN Norway. As a Clinical Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and execution of clinical supply chain projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute clinical trial supply chain solutions based on interpreted clinical trial protocols.
  • Establish and maintain master English label text in accordance with regulatory frameworks.
  • Work closely with vendors to initiate packaging campaigns and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Set up and monitor Interactive Response Technology (IRT) systems to effectively manage study inventory.
  • Develop and implement distribution plans, ensuring vendors execute them seamlessly.
  • Work proactively to ensure timely delivery of trial materials.
  • Track budgets to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Maintain 100% compliance on assigned training and apply learnings to everyday practice.
  • Stay up-to-date with GxP and regulatory requirements applicable to the role.
  • Lead client and vendor-related meetings to discuss clinical supply chain topics or status updates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a science or business function (preferred).
  • 2-3 years' industry experience in Clinical Trials.
  • 2-3 years' experience in Clinical Supply Chain Management.
  • Experience with IRT systems.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in English language.
