We are seeking a skilled Management Consultant to join our team in Ski, Norway

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, able to communicate complex ideas clearly, and has experience with data analysis and interpretation.

You will be working in our largest Business Unit - CasinoEngine, assisting our Casino CEO and the CasinoEngine management team.

This role offers comprehensive training and development opportunities, including business analysis and project management.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough analysis of business operations and identify areas for improvement;
2. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth;
3. Analyze financial data to inform management decisions;
4. Develop and maintain business intelligence tools for senior leadership;
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create information systems and knowledge bases;
6. Prepare regular reports for senior leadership;
7. Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Economics, Data Analysis, Statistics, or a similar field;
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
5. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as PowerBI is a plus;
6. Self-motivated and proactive individual;
7. Able to work effectively in a team and independently;
8. Punctual and reliable;
9. Ability to travel internationally.
