Job Overview

TN Norway is seeking a Product Management Specialist to lead the harmonisation of our product offerings, ensuring alignment with business priorities and market requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Product Development: Manage existing product groups and develop new ones in line with the company's roadmap, leveraging expertise in market models, rule books, and service offerings.
  2. Strategic Collaboration: Oversee the development of new products and services, working closely with internal project teams, finance, regulation, surveillance, and other stakeholders to drive business growth.
  3. Pricing Strategy: Lead P&L-driven business case development, balancing client needs with internal cost control, and assure the competitiveness of pricing structures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in product management, business development, or sales support roles, preferably in the financial industry.
  • Knowledge: Expert understanding of Euronext's market model, rule book, service offer, buy-side, and sell-side landscapes.
  • Skillset: Strong commercial acumen, strategic awareness, excellent written and oral presentation skills, project management skills, and collaborative approach.
