We're seeking a skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Mercell Holding AS. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping our market presence and driving growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing powerful Go-To-Market strategies that fuel revenue growth and solidify our position as a market leader. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Customer Success, to develop and implement effective marketing plans.

You will guide how we communicate the unique value of our products, making an impact on customers and prospects alike. With your deep expertise in the Product Marketing toolbox, you'll turn insights into action and build compelling narratives that resonate in the market and our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement GTM plans for new products and releases, ensuring a well-defined strategy that drives growth and meets customer needs.

  • Conduct market analysis and customer research to inform product positioning, competitive differentiation, pricing, and compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to develop training, tools, and collateral that enhance product knowledge and empower customer-facing teams to execute GTM plans effectively.

  • Build and nurture customer relationships, leveraging their feedback and success stories to refine product messaging and marketing strategies.

  • Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams to align on roadmaps and growth strategies while working with content teams to shape our unique point of view and messaging.

Requirements:

  • Proven Product Marketing experience with a deep understanding and hands-on experience in core product marketing disciplines.

  • Able to think big picture while effectively managing execution details.

  • Strong understanding of the public procurement industry and B2B SaaS markets, with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.

  • Experience driving successful product launches and developing GTM strategies that align with business goals.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of creating impactful content and messaging, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
