Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Delivering a luxurious customer experience, meeting client needs and requests, and adhering to the 'client journey ceremony.'
  2. Driving sales performance, exceeding individual targets, and maximizing own sales efforts to contribute to the store's success.
  3. Achieving KPI goals, ensuring the highest quality of sales and customer service.
  4. Developing a profound understanding of products, Prada/Miu Miu history, culture, and DNA.
  5. Cultivating meaningful relationships through client data management, personalization, and effective communication.
  6. Elevating the luxury experience by embracing the omni-channel mindset and utilizing digital tools.
  7. Maintaining expert-level knowledge of luxury fashion, encompassing trends, competitors, and product nuances.
  8. Providing seamless solutions to client complaints, working closely with the line manager and Client Service team when necessary.
  9. Documenting accurate records using Company digital tools and showcasing respect for products.
  10. Conducting engaging customer appointments, leveraging technology for virtual meetings when required.
  11. Fostering collaboration with the Back of House team to maintain a well-organized stock room.
  12. Guaranteeing adherence to Company procedures on operational guidelines, stock procedures, security, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities.
