Logistics Coordinator

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Minebea Intec Switzerland AG. As a key member of our Onshore Operation Department, you will be responsible for coordinating equipment logistics to support ongoing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor all logistical arrangements that support onshore operations, including goods in/out, project-related mobilizations.
- Control warehouse stock and follow up routines for spare parts/items in and out to ensure continuous stock control and analysis of maximum and minimum stock levels.
- Follow internal procedures for logistics to ensure the handling of import and export in a legal manner and store documents in relevant folders for audit purposes.
- Organize logistics for equipment to support projects, ensuring all required documentation is prepared, including commercial invoices, delivery notes, and load out lists.
- Follow up on Intercompany Transfer on SharePoint and NAV to ensure updates on objects.
- Control goods in and out, including receiving goods, purchasing, and renting equipment in accordance with Claxton procedures.
- Support operations with project load outs, providing required equipment and agreed spares, consumables, and hand tools.
- Arrange international and national transport of equipment to/from suppliers, clients, and onshore/offshore locations.
- Liaise with and provide logistics support where required.
- Process ordering of goods and spares as required.
- Monitor, maintain, and control stock levels and reorder spare parts as required.
- Update NAV with stock items issued to and returned from projects.
- Perform regular stock takes/cycle counts as per Claxton procedures.
- Daily inspection of forklifts and overhead cranes as assigned.
Requirements:
- Experience within a similar role.
- Knowledge and experience of using manual and computerized database systems.
- Warehouse and stock management experience.
- Experience within logistics routines, export, and import.
