Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive technical business architecture for CDDI, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and effectiveness in data capture and storage.
  • Lead the end-to-end technical business architecture for CDDI, from requirements analysis to implementation, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data governance processes, organizational models, and technologies to address business needs.
  • Conduct whiteboard sessions, knowledge gathering, and requirements gathering to conceptualize, design, and implement new systems, middleware, and business intelligence solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a roadmap for CDDI, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Implement and govern architectural principles, best practices, and common change initiatives to ensure high-quality IT solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to evolve the architecture to deliver reduced complexity, cost efficiencies, improved agility, reduced risk, or improved business capabilities.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in business analysis and solutioning in the banking industry, with expertise in Workflow & Case Management using PEGA or related BPM technologies.
  • Proven track record of defining solutions across domains and leading the execution of those solutions through development of detailed execution roadmaps.
  • Strong understanding of business and IT and the linkage between them.
  • Experience in data management and data governance processes.
  • Previous experience in credit management is a merit, but not a necessity.
  • Product owner or business owner experience, and familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Experience in SQL, SAP, Python, Oracle databases, SAS, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office tools.
  • English written and spoken (superior level).
About You

We are looking for a team player who can take the lead in the combined field of end-to-end business architecture, data, risk, and process domain. You should be able to communicate technical concepts in simple terms, present solution design concepts, and guide solution design discussions.

You should be very structured, communicate easily with people, and have an eye for the details comprising the big picture. You should be able to work independently as well as guide and mentor other team members, partners, and customers.

You should be focused on delivering results personally or through people and enabling the team to effectively deal with their responsibilities by sharing information and delegating both responsibility and the mandate to act.
