About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our dynamic sales team. With a strong background in the aviation industry, you will have a deep understanding of the air charter market and be able to develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet our business objectives.
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities across the region
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders
- Collaborating with internal teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Key Responsibilities:
Sales StrategyYou will be responsible for executing our sales strategy and implementing related business objectives across the region. This will include:
- Developing and executing country-specific sales plans in line with our overall business strategy
- Working closely with broker teams to develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, as well as suppliers
- Monitoring progress against sales targets and reporting to senior management on a regular basis
You will be responsible for proactively identifying opportunities to grow the business in the region through new and existing markets. This will include:
- Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities across the region
- Staying up-to-date with competitor activity and identifying potential areas for business development
- Collaborating with internal teams to identify and develop new business opportunities
You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with both key clients and new business leads to maximize business opportunities and increase client loyalty. This will include:
- Cold calling prospect clients to build on our successful portfolio of existing clients
- Visiting potential, new and existing customers to generate further business
- Maintaining and developing relationships with both key clients and new business leads
