Job Description
We are seeking a Market Manager based in Denmark to join our Markets team. As a Market Manager, you will be responsible for sales and key account management activities within the markets of responsibility. Your tasks will include building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned customers, proactively seeking new business sales, and cross-selling Nord Pool products & services to increase revenue from assigned accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers at all relevant organizational levels.
- Cross-sell Nord Pool products & services to assigned portfolio of customers to increase revenue from assigned accounts.
- Responsible for stakeholder management including branch organizations, authorities, government, regulators, Independent System Vendors (ISVs) and other groups as relevant for the markets of responsibility.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction of the assigned accounts.
- Pro-active communication and follow up on customer needs towards the Nord Pool organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent in English & Danish, Other languages (in particular German) are appreciated.
- Highly experienced in sales, & relationship management and used to managing your own sales pipeline and working towards ambitious sales targets.
- Coming from a similar role within the energy industry with a good understanding of the European power markets.
- Innovative, energetic, driven.
