**About the Role**

MARKJAMES SEARCH LTD is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of our Nordic service provider channel. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our product offerings in the ISP market.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead solution dialogue with ISPs to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Handle RFI/RFP/RFQs from ISPs to ensure timely and effective responses.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers to land projects and oversee the test and validation process.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of market trends, including CPE OS, management solutions, HW, and feature designs.

**Requirements**

  • At least 5 years of experience in pre-sales, product management, device architecture, technical sales, or field applications engineering in the telecommunications industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • A sense of learning, dynamism, and listening to clients, with a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
