Job Title: Product Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team at Euronext. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and delivering products that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Vision: Develop and communicate a clear product vision that aligns with the overall business strategy.
  • Product Roadmap: Define and communicate the product roadmap to guide the development team.
  • Client Onboarding: Ensure client onboarding and secure the product launch from a business perspective.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders.
  • Feedback and Prioritization: Gather and prioritize feedback from stakeholders to ensure the product meets their needs.
  • Backlog Management: Create and maintain the product backlog, a prioritized list of features and user stories.
  • Testing and Acceptance: Participate in the testing and acceptance of deliverables to ensure they meet the acceptance criteria.
  • Client Documentation: Contribute to client documentation.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Experience in product management, business development, or sales support role.
  • Knowledge: Expert knowledge of Euronext's market model, rule book, service offer, the buy-side and sell-side landscape.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen and strategic awareness.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral presentation skills, an ability to combine attention to detail with the wider strategic view.
  • Project Management Skills: Rigorous project management skills: ability to leverage internal and external relationships, autonomy and determination to drive forward projects, provide clear business input into functional requirements.
  • Collaboration: Collaborative, open, pragmatic, customer-oriented, and numbers-driven approach to work.
  • International Experience: International business experience – developing products in multiple geographic locations.
