Revolutionizing Livestock Management with Cutting-Edge Technology


Nofence is a Norwegian scale-up that has pioneered the world's first virtual fencing solution for livestock. As we continue to innovate and push the boundaries of what is possible in agriculture, we are seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager to join our Product team.



Key Responsibilities


  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements for Nofence's virtual fencing solution.
  • Partner with engineers, user experience designers, and support teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of new features.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity to inform product strategy.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in throughout the development process.
  • Make data-driven decisions, leveraging insights from customer feedback, market analysis, and business metrics to drive product growth and innovation.
  • Act as a voice for the customer within the organization, ensuring that product development addresses real-world needs and pain points.
  • Facilitate decision-making throughout the development process, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to ensure Nofence remains at the forefront of innovation.
  • Contribute to fostering a strong product culture at Nofence through your own behavior and example, as well as by taking initiative to drive positive change.


Requirements and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:




  • 5 years of experience in product management or a similar role, preferably in a complex technology environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify key insights, and make recommendations based on those findings.
  • Experience working in agile environments, with a focus on delivering high-quality products quickly and efficiently.
  • Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment, with multiple competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proven track record of driving product growth and innovation, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent English oral and written communication skills.
