Energy Landscape Strategist

Aker Solutions AS is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Portfolio Manager to join our team in Stavanger. As a key member of our team, you will oversee a portfolio of early-phase techno-economic studies for major oil and gas clients, ensuring strategic alignment and value creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee portfolios of early-phase studies to ensure strategic alignment and value creation.
- Act as a strategic PMO, providing high-level guidance, tracking progress, and optimizing project execution.
- Manage timelines, financials, and key deliverables to ensure studies are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Collaborate closely with the head of the Stavanger office to build and scale the organization.
Requirements
- Experience in management consulting or a strategic advisory role, with the ability to translate technical expertise into high-level client strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior clients, engineers, and internal leadership.
- A strategic mindset, with a focus on scaling and growing the business organically while ensuring long-term client success.
- Strong financial and project management skills, with the ability to oversee budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
