Réalta Technologies (RT) is seeking an experienced Automation Systems Engineer to support the site with a Historian rollout. As a key member of our Digital team, you will drive change and enable key technology and software capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead automation projects from concept to feasibility, design, test, and production.
- Develop and deploy automation projects into client sites.
- Define and update automation requirements and specifications.
- Manage automation suppliers through all phases of projects.
- Ensure compliance with client procedures, cGMP, recognized quality standards, and regulatory expectations.
- Fulfill all Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements.
- Develop, debug, and validate Control System software programs.
- Analyze, understand, fault-find, and modify automation software.
- Organize, plan, and implement multiple tasks to tight schedules.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years overall industrial experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, automation, and IT systems.
- Strong PLC background in Siemens S7.
- Accustomed to working in a validated environment with strong discipline regarding change management.
- Good organizational, planning, and prioritization skills; good oral and written communication skills.
Essential Requirements:
- Education Requirements: Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience with Siemens Step 7 Simatic Manager and TIA Portal.
