About the Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned Product Manager to spearhead the growth of our WealthTech solutions in Europe. If you have a strong background in wealth and/or asset management and a deep understanding of European market needs, this is your chance to make a significant impact.

As a Product Manager, you'll work closely with our development teams across Europe, including Switzerland, Germany, and the Nordics, to ensure high-quality product implementation tailored to each market. You'll be the public face of Infront, delivering persuasive presentations and representing the product at customer events, trade shows, and internal meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales and potential customers to define, articulate, and prioritize country-specific requirements for the European expansion of Infront Wealth Management.
  • Work with development teams to ensure high-quality product implementation tailored to each market.
  • Act as the public face of Infront, delivering persuasive presentations and representing the product at customer events, trade shows, and internal meetings.
  • Be the solution ambassador, championing Infront Wealth management solutions, both towards customers and employees.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, regulations, and market conditions affecting wealth management and banking in Europe.
  • Collaborate closely with the Wealth Management leadership team in Switzerland, Germany, and Denmark and wider product management and technical teams to align and implement strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in wealth management and/or asset management industries.
  • Deep understanding of European market needs, particularly in Benelux and DACH regions.
  • Expertise in translating customer needs and value into clear product solutions and requirements.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a persuasive public speaking style.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, especially in software development and sales.
  • Knowledge of WealthTech, FinTech, and SaaS solutions.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple country-specific requirements for European market expansion.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and market trends impacting wealth management and banking in Europe.
  • Strong collaboration skills with leadership and technical teams across multiple countries.
  • Desire to innovate and drive product development in a fast-growing FinTech environment.
