Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and optimizing high-performance services that meet the highest technical standards.
- Identifying opportunities for improvement in our identity and access management solutions and driving their implementation.
- Taking a leadership role in setting team goals and guiding the team towards achieving them through clear communication and consistent support.
- Serving as the primary technical point of contact and representing the team in meetings.
- Coaching and developing team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Establishing collaboration within the team and across departments to achieve shared objectives.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in Go, with a broader understanding of other programming languages.
- Hands-on experience developing and scaling services.

- Hands-on experience with design of distributed systems.
- Practical knowledge of OAuth 2.
- Proven leadership skills from previous roles, with a record of guiding teams to success.
