Job Description

We are seeking a talented Digital Trainee to join our Class Development team. As a Digital Trainee, you will play a key role in developing innovative solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in real-world problem-solving, finding creative solutions for thousands of customers worldwide
  • Collaborate with a dedicated development team, working closely with customers, domain experts, developers, UX designers, architects, data scientists, and testers
  • Contribute to building solutions with a global impact, staying abroad for a period of 4-5 months during the program
  • Work with a mentor to develop your skills and knowledge
  • Join networks like DNV Connect and DNV IT Graduates

Requirements
  • Finalize your degree in spring 2025 and have specialized in Software Development
  • Be a passionate programmer with a quick learning curve and data analysis skills
  • Be open-minded, curious, and self-driven, with a willingness to share knowledge and ideas
  • Be structured, systematic, analytical, and able to work both individually and in teams
  • Be fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
