We are seeking an experienced Global Contract Manager to join our team in Norway. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, amending, and negotiating contracts with customers, as well as assessing project risks and providing advice on legal and commercial matters.

Job Description

The Global Contract Manager will serve as a key member of the Global Contracting team, reporting to one of four Team Leaders. Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Representing TN Norway in reviewing, amending, and negotiating contracts with customers;
  2. Supporting the contracting process and contract management;
  3. Assessing project risks and actively engaging in the risk review process;
  4. Providing advice on legal and commercial contract-related matters;
  5. Advocating and ensuring compliance with company processes, policies, guidelines, and values.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor degree in law or equivalent;
  • Minimum 5-8 years of relevant work experience as a legal professional or contract manager;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Norwegian;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills.
