Job Summary

The Global Contract Manager will be responsible for managing contracts and risks associated with our projects. This includes:

  1. Reviewing, amending, and negotiating contracts with customers;
  2. Assessing project risks and providing advice on legal and commercial matters;
  3. Ensuring compliance with company processes, policies, guidelines, and values.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a wide range of responsibilities, including:

  • Managing contracts and risks associated with our projects;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results;
  • Developing and implementing effective risk management strategies;
  • Providing expert advice on legal and commercial matters.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor degree in law or equivalent;
  • Minimum 5-8 years of relevant work experience as a legal professional or contract manager;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Norwegian;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
