Job Summary

The QHSE Manager will be responsible for implementing and maintaining NOV Inc's QHSE activities within Process Systems Oslo. This includes drafting, verifying, and reviewing documentation from a QHSE perspective, participating in internal and external meetings, and assisting functional managers and team leaders in developing procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QHSE policies and procedures
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with QHSE standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
• Provide training and support to employees on QHSE matters
• Manage and maintain QHSE records and documentation
• Develop and implement corrective action plans to address QHSE deficiencies
• Participate in emergency response activities and serve as a point of contact for incidents

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, environmental science)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in QHSE
• Third-party certified auditor in current ISO standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Fluency in English (oral and written)
