QHSE Manager

We are seeking an experienced QHSE Manager to join our team at NOV Inc. in Oslo, Norway.

The QHSE Manager will be responsible for implementing and maintaining NOV QHSE activities within Process Systems Oslo. This includes participating in internal and external Quality/HSE meetings, drafting and reviewing documentation, and maintaining relationships with external QHSE providers.

• Draft, verify, comment, and review QHSE documentation
• Participate in internal and external Quality/HSE meetings
• Assist functional managers and team leaders in developing procedures
• Maintain relationships with external QHSE providers
• Audit, Compliance, and Project Execution
• Define and rectify potential gaps or inconsistencies between processes
• Manage planning and performance of system audits
• Responsible for ISO 9001 certification audits and follow-up audits
• Responsible for NCR/Improvement process
• Support QA to Client, sub-contractors, and suppliers

• Technical education BSc/MSc – Engineering
• Min. 5 years' experience within QA and HSE
• Experience in coordination and networking with multiple countries and cultures at global level
• Third Party Certified Auditor in current ISO standards
• Willingness to travel internationally as necessary
• Willingness and ability to be on-call contact for emergency situations out of hours
• Experience in HSE inspections, statistics, and indicators
• Microsoft Sharepoint skills
• Proactive and innovative, focused on continuous improvement
• Experience in statistics and analytical methods
• High level excel skills
• English fluency (oral and written)
