About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecom Engineer - Project Lead to join our team at Aibel AS. As a key member of our telecom team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex telecom projects from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement telecom strategies and solutions to meet business objectives
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver telecom projects on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize telecom requirements
  • Design and implement telecom systems, including PA systems, emergency battery systems, and CCTV systems
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards, such as NPD, ATEX, IEC61892, and Norsok
  • Develop and maintain telecom documentation and drawings, including block diagrams, loop diagrams, and plot plans
Requirements
  • Master's or bachelor's degree in telecommunications or a related field
  • Proven experience in leading telecom projects and teams
  • Strong knowledge of telecom systems, including PA systems, emergency battery systems, and CCTV systems
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
