Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to spearhead our software development initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership, guiding software engineers, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of software engineers, setting coding standards and best practices.

  • Software Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of software solutions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.
  • Code Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to design principles and coding standards.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, providing guidance on technology selection.
  • Problem-Solving: Address technical challenges and provide timely solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Act as a point of escalation for technical issues within the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software through rigorous testing and code reviews.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English: Our working language.
  • Location: Must live in or be in commuting distance to Oslo, Norway.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Work experience may be considered in place of qualifications.
  • Experience: 6+ years as a software developer, with a strong background in software architecture.
  • Technical Skills: Strong background working with Azure services, proficiency in React and JavaScript, expertise in C# and.NET development, familiarity with version control systems, and continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
