Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Manager in Buildings and Industry to join our acoustics team in Norway. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a discipline group of approximately 20 people, providing input to head of engineering for strategic workforce planning, and driving employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for the growth and success of the acoustics team
- Lead and manage a team of acoustic specialists, ensuring high-quality deliverables and excellent client service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business strategies
- Provide expertise and guidance to clients on acoustic-related matters
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in a leadership role, preferably in a consulting environment
- Strong technical knowledge of acoustics and noise
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
