About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our professional products portfolio and relationship with the dental and pharmacy industries in Norway. As a key member of our Team Norway, you will work closely with our local and Northern Europe team to develop and implement strategies, marketing materials, and business plans that drive growth and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and brand plans across our professional product and therapeutic product portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dental and pharmacy associations, patient organizations, and other key stakeholders to establish Colgate-Palmolive as a trusted partner in oral care and patient wellbeing.
  • Identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities, including market access, and work with our Customer Development and Consumer Experience teams to implement recommendations and tactics that drive growth.
  • Develop and deliver successful marketing approaches, including patient-facing and industry-facing materials, and share industry expertise across the wider Colgate-Palmolive community.
  • Plan and attend events, exhibitions, seminars, and academic lectures to deliver presentations and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage and deliver against an advertising and promotion budget, including planning activities, leading purchase orders, processing invoices, and crafting vendor relationships.
  • Line manage an Oral Care Consultant, setting targets, building development plans, delivering relevant training, and providing educational assets.

Requirements

  • Experience in the Norwegian dental or pharmacy industry, with a patient-focused approach.
  • Ability to implement marketing plans across physical and digital channels, targeted at both healthcare professionals and consumers.
  • Natural curiosity and self-starting ability, with a focus on developing solutions and uncovering market access opportunities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities, with a focus on delivering results and driving business growth.
  • Strong commercial understanding, presentation, and personable skills.
  • Proficient in written and spoken Norwegian and English.
  • Digital marketing experience.
