About the Role

Techconsult AS is seeking a highly skilled Senior Field Instrument Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' instrumentation and control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of instrumented valves and instrumentation systems.
  • Develop and manage technical quotations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Coordinate the creation of call-off orders, evaluate supplier documentation, and implement project designs.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Engineering degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in instrument and valve actuator design, particularly in the oil and gas industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Norwegian offshore design standards and requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools and software.

Location and Work Requirements:

  • Must be located within the EU, preferably in Norway.
