We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Controller to join our team at energy-as. As a Senior Cost Controller, you will be responsible for executing work in line with project contracts, coordinating cost information, and providing project management with continuous updated cost and revenue status.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Execution: Execute work in accordance with project contracts, including conditions of contracts and appendices for commercial and administrative requirements.
- Cost Coordination: Coordinate cost information for all phases and levels in the project.
- Budget Management: Establish and maintain the project budget, including estimated cost work.
- Cost Reporting: Provide project management with continuous updated cost and revenue status.
- Deviation Detection: Early detection of deviations to budgets and trends.
- Performance Monitoring: Identify and track performance indicators.
- Cost Control: Control of cost expenditure and revenues and appropriate recognition of this.
- Forecasting: Provision of forecasts.
- Reporting: Provision of reports, internal and external.
- Cash Flow Management: Provision of cash flow calculations.
- Cost Reconciliation: Reconciliation of booked vs. project recognised costs.
- Invoicing: Timely and proactive invoicing according to the provisions of the contract.
- Cost Analysis: Standard measurement of all cost information from contract award to accumulate historical data.
- Manhour Collection: Collect expended manhours.
- Cost Reporting: Cost analysis and reporting.
- Experience Transfer: Prepare and provide input to appropriate experience transfer reports.
Requirements:
- Education: Relevant formal higher education.
- Experience: Preferably over 3 years of experience.
- Skills: Ability to work independently (under supervision) and in a team, to be proactive and focused on safety.
