The Programme
The programme lasts for 2 years, including rotations across functions, business areas, or locations. You'll have the opportunity to work with a global portfolio of oil and gas and offshore wind projects.
Your Responsibilities
As a graduate in Cost Estimation & Analysis, you'll:
- Prepare and deliver facility CAPEX estimates for a global portfolio of oil and gas and offshore wind projects.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, project control, and project management teams.
- Develop and analyze project benchmarks and key cost figures to enhance project performance.
- Identify and analyze risks, contributing to risk analysis alongside the project team.
- Continuously improve and develop our tools, processes, and methods.
Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you'll need:
- A Master's degree or PhD in technology, engineering, statistics, economics, business administration, or a similar field.
- A good academic record.
- Fluent English language skills.
- No more than two years of relevant full-time work experience.
