About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior/Principal Scientist to join our Translational Biology team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in drug discovery and development, advancing our innovative pipeline of targeted radiotherapies designed to revolutionize cancer treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute in-vitro radiobiology studies to enable development of novel radioligand candidates from early Discovery to IND-readiness.
  • Design and execute radiolabelling and analytical characterisation of radioligands and assessment of quality in collaboration with the in-vitro radiochemistry team.
  • Interface with project teams and leadership to lead project goals and experimental design for drug development.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and academic facilities for sourcing of reagents and execution of experimental activities.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • PhD or equivalent degree in Molecular Biology, Radiation Biology, or other relevant discipline with significant laboratory-based skills.
  • At least 5 years working in research projects, particularly in drug discovery and in vitro testing of novel radioligands.
  • Preferred industry experience, preferably radioligand therapy or oncology.
  • Good English speaking and writing skills.
  • Critical understanding of receptor pharmacology theory and experimental methodologies.
