Key responsibilities include:

* Adopting and embedding the Motive Offshore Group People Values in daily tasks and decision-making
* Identifying operational requirements and building a team to deliver them
* Ensuring projects meet client expectations, including providing personnel with necessary training
* Liaising with internal teams to ensure equipment and resources are available as needed
* Investing in the growth and development of the Operations team, including training and knowledge transfer
* Managing and supporting the Operations team to achieve success
* Reporting project updates to the General Manager and liaising with Sales teams on contract extensions
* Assisting with cost analysis during quotation phases for non-standard projects
* Tracking equipment and personnel utilization
* Maintaining equipment condition and certification
* Providing accurate project information to the Finance Department for invoicing and cost management
* Working in accordance with Motive policies and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency
* Developing strong working relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and colleagues
* Representing Motive Offshore Group as a positive ambassador

Required skills and knowledge include:

* Senior experience in Operations and Project Management within the Offshore industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong planning and scheduling skills
* Ability to influence, motivate, and lead a team
* Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Self-motivation and adaptability to meet client needs
* Understanding of budget control
