Role Summary

Rodekors is seeking a skilled Ward Nurse/Head Nurse to join our Global Surge Team. This is a full-time delegate profile with an expectation of being deployed to emergency operations for up to 70% of the calendar year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate and deliver a high standard of evidence-based patient care within his/her particular specialty.
  • Develop and deliver a measurable training/coaching programme within the ward, based on relevant Red Cross guidelines for hospital personnel.
  • Contribute to the assessment, design, implementation, and monitoring of operational strategies that include appropriate clinical health interventions based on health needs assessment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent (with a minimum of 3 years' training).
  • Registered nurse with a valid license to practice in his/her country of residence.
  • Minimum 5 years of nursing experience, including in the field.
  • Nationality or valid work permit in Norway/EU/EEA country.
